JP MORGAN CHASE | HEAD OF HOME LENDING DESIGN

Leading a client-centric design team of designers, editors and researchers focused on the delivery of the Chase MyHome online lending experience.

  • Working closely with multiple levels of product leadership and technology to plan, review and iterate on strategic roadmaps

CITI | CONSUMER CARDS & BANK SERVICING - CREATIVE DIRECTOR

  • Creating the user experience and information architecture for marketing and servicing websites. This includes defining functionality, navigation, and interaction models through page level wireframes, site-maps, use cases, and functional requirements documentation.

  • Understanding target audience needs, tasks, and goals to translate them into smart, innovative solutions for our clients.

  • Lead <$100K Application Services work orders through the Enterprise Project Management process, from planning to closure.

  • Supported >$100K projects, including MS Project plan development, budget tracking, identifying and resolving project issues, and project tracking to completion.

  • Provided resource staffing and tracking for Application Services projects, including division approval of time accounting

  • Graphic conceptualization, development and publication of materials in support of business and technology products, such as business cases, operating plans, project plans, project schedules, product and service offerings, goal performance reports, department calendars, etc.

  • Managed internal and external resources in support of graphic materials, as well as developed document library to archive and control presentation/document versioning
